How Do I Get The Files?
In most cases images are delivered digitally through online client galleries. We find this is the best format for our clients, as they can share the files across the world simply by sending the link. This works great for companies with head offices in another city, and also government agencies.
Can You Send The Files By Dropbox?
Sure can! We can use any sharing service you prefer. We do recommend using the client gallery, as well.
Will You Travel?
Yes, we like to travel. Some times there is an extra fee, but in most cases there is not as long as a minimum order is met.
Where Are You Located?
We are located in Toronto, and have a location in Winnipeg also.
How Long Does It Take To Get The Images / Files?
Our standard delivery is 24 hours guaranteed. Faster Delivery can be purchased for an additional fee on our pricing page.

Simply, because we are better. We give better customer service, better quality of images and better turn around times. We are not the cheapest, but we provide the best value you can get in the market. Even more incredibly we guarantee all of our work. How many photographers do that?
What About Editing, Does It Cost Extra?
Standard editing is included in all of our packages for no additional cost. You wouldn’t buy a car without paint, you shouldn’t be charged extra for editing.
Can I order Prints?
Yes, and we would be happy to process your order for you. We also, welcome our clients to use any print company they prefer.
Will I Own The Files?
You will be given unlimited usage rights on the images / files provided. What this means is you can use the images however you please. The only exception, is that you can not sell the images or give exclusive rights to another company individual. We do this to protect our clients from unauthorized usage by third parties. If it is a must that you own the files out right, we can talk about it. There usually is an additional cost.
What Is The Deposit?
We require all new clients to make a deposit of $200 prior to the event. This deposit is non refundable within 72 hours of the event. Should, the event need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit can be applied to any future event as a credit.
How Much Experience Do You Have?
Short answer a lot. Our main photographer has over 15 years of experience. We only hire photographers with at least 5 years experience. Our parent company is Robert Lowdon Photography which you can check out by clicking this link.
Is My Payment Safe?
Yes! We use Paypal on our website because we prefer the security they offer our clients. Paypal also works to protect consumers by acting as an independent third party. We like that, and so do our customers.
Do You Accept Other Forms of Payment?
Sure do! Company cheques, all major credit cards (including amex), and also debit (on location). Cash is also acceptable, but rare.
When Is Final Payment Due?
Final payment is due on the day of the event when our booked time concludes. In special circumstances, other arrangements may be made.
How Far In Advance Do I Have To Book?
The sooner the better. We recommend booking two months in advance. If the date is available in our calendar, you can book. All this being said we will do our best to fit you in no matter how short of notice is provide. If we can do it we will.
How Many Pictures Do I Get?
It really depends on the event. Some events, due to there nature, will just get a lot more photos than others. The more action, the more images there will be because you won’t have repeating images. For instance, we won’t usually deliver 200 images of the same speaker, because that’s just a nightmare for our clients to sort through. 30 - 60 images per hour of shooting is a good benchmark. Let’s just say, we have never been accused of under delivering when it comes to the amount of images provided.
What Camera Do You Use?
We use professional level Nikon cameras. Primarily the d810 and d850. We like the high resolution and quality they provide our clients.
What Editing Software Do You Use?
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom) and Capture One.

Can You Fly A Drone At Our Event?
Yes, we can. We really want to talk to you first to see if it is a good idea.
Can You Shoot Video?
Yep, we can. We would be happy to prepare a custom quote for you that includes video services.

Not at this moment, but we know a few people who can help you out!
